This mask equipment consists of 1 mask body machine + 2 ear band machines, It can produce Non-woven mask, smooth cloth mask, gauze mask, ear band mask. The whole machine is from feeding, ear band line inserting, edge sealing Cutting are all automatic operations. The whole process is controlled by PLC. The machine operates with 99 % pass rate.
This fully automatic face mask machine only need one operator to load the fabric on the material rack, and the rest of the subsequent actions to the finished product are all completed by the machine (pressing the bridge of the nose band, layering, pressing, ear-piercing, ultrasound) and out of the package through the finished product conveyor. The standard finished product dimension is 175mm*95mm.
