RG Encapsulator(Water Cooling)

USE:
Softgel encapsulation machine can quantificationally inject the oil, mixing suspenion and pasty mass into the capsule to form all kinds of softgel encapsulation with different size, shape and color. Because of the merits of high speed disintegration, easy to oral, not easy to oxygenation, easy to store and take, the softgel encapsulation is welcomed by the many consumers more and more. Characteristic:
Strong product capacity, it can produce 270 million granules (No.8 oval shape, 3 orevolutions /minute, 24 hours / day, 300 days/year).
Injecting medicine part adopts advanced linearity driving system, and it makes sure that the precision of charging and filling is less than 2%.
Capsule package rate is up to 98%.
The gelatine ribbon is iubricated by fine oil supply technology in order to lower the consumption of iubrition oil. The ribbon are iubricated by vegetable oil, so the capsules produced is free of wash.

Adopt the nonpoisonous materials to human body or now dropping matters into medicine liquid in this machine and medicine liquid, and the touch-ing parts for gelatin. 

Conveyor
For convenient operation, it is directly fixed on the main machine. The food grade conveyance belt of Lexno Corporation (USA) (FDA approved) is non-toxic, non-sticky, and easily washable, and it eliminates both the difficulties in thorough clearing of the gaps between the meshed stainless steel belts and the cross-contamination in production of different varieties.

Electrical Control Panel
