Product Description

Raw Pharmaceutical Equipment - Vacuum Freeze Dryer
The so-called vacuum drying is heating and drying of the materials under vacuum conditions to which, vacuum pump is adopted for air-bleed and humidity suction thus speedy drying is reached.
When a constant vacuum is maintained, increasing the temperature can also speed up the drying process.
Increasing both vacuum and beating temperature will be speed up drying process significantly.
Solvent in the materials can be re-collected through the condenser if it's adopted.
The condenser can be substituted by SK series water-ring vacuum pump or ZSWJ series hydropower spray.
Vacuum pump unit if available.

Application:
1. Suitable for drying of thermal sensitive materials easily resolved. Polymerized or deteriorated under higher temperature.
2. Sterilization can be conducted prior to the drying process, during which, on foreign matters is allowed to enter the materials.
3. Static vacuum dryer eliminates the configuration damage of the drying materials, its therefore widely used in such fields as pharmaceutical, foodstuffs, chemicals and electrics etc.
