Machine Description:
1) The machine is applicable for ampoule pre-nitrogen flushing, filling, post-nitrogen flushing and sealing
2) It adopts glass pump; stainless steel pump and ceramic pump which driven by mechanical or servo motor, stable performance, no-dropping, high filling accuracy.
3) Specification: 1-20ml ampoule
4) The machine is linear intermittent filling way, accurate needle alignment, no dropping phenomenon
5) Multi-filling pumps( 8/10/12/16/20-heads), high production capacity?
6) It applicable to natural gas, coal gas, hydrogen generators or other medium, adjustable length of drawing and good-looking
7) Avoid cross-contamination
8) The quality of air inside of the filling area can be printed, indicated, stored, alarmed, and controlled by the isolator
9) Glove system inside of Isolator
10) Peristaltic pump suitable as well.
