NonPVC soft bag IV solution is an old technology, many European countries, USA, Canada are giving up it. Now they are using BFS technology.
Infusion plastic bottle packaging process can be divided into two-step method and one-step method.
Two-step method: bottle making and filling processes can only be achieved by different machines.
One step: bottle blowing, filling and sealing total three processes can be completed on one machine, this is called the BFS (Blow / Fill / Seal) technology, also known as "three in one" technology.

BFS technology is a kind of sterilized filling technology, the machine can complete blowing, filling and sealing process in a single process under the sterile state. In other words, if provide qualified liquid and plastic particles from the outside into the BFS machine, it will be able to produce filled and qualified liquid in plastic bottles. Comparing with the twostep method, there is no need to make and store empty bottles for this technology, it can provide stronger guarantee for sterile. Compared with the traditional glass bottle technology, there is no need to clean bottles and rubber plugs, no need to sterilize, so it can save water, steam and energy. It can also reduce human mistakes. Moreover the raw material PP and PE are high quality, stable and reliable, they are more suitable for drug packaging. The performance between BFS plastic bottle and glass bottles are as follows:
