Characteristics
1. This machine is particularly applicable for the pressing of large diameter and large filling amount tablets.
2. The specially designed forced feeder could press pure powder materials like charcoal powder with light weight and small density.
3. The specially designed auxiliary equipment could realize automatic feeding and automatic tablet discharging.
4. The human-based design enables easier cleaning and maintenance.
5. The drive system is sealed in the worm gear case at the bottom of the host machine, which is a completely isolated independent part. This configuration could avoid mutual contamination between the machine and the drive system and could fully lubricate the drive system and could reduce noise and wearing.
6. The special installation structure enables the replacement and repairing of the under punching guide track and the under roller fast and convenient.
